I placed an order for some boots for $38.13 shipping $8.75 to the total of $46.88 and was supposed to receive my order in two days. I have tried to contact them with no luck.
I had charged my account for the amout of the boots and the money got transfered on 7-18-09 and I still have nothing and have heard nothing. I have, however, left 5 messages on their "tickets" to no avail.
I made copies of all the "tickets" and order when I left them. I wish I would have found out about their scam before I ordered anything from them.
I hope that someone out there can help get everyone's money back. I am going to get ahold of my bank and see if they can help in some way. I hope these people serve some jail time for what they have done to people like me.

I am still waiting to get a response from this company or from the West Florida Better Business Bureau. I am tired of doing the waiting game with the company. I really wish I would have never ordered anything from them. I hope to god that no one else has to go through this crap. These people need to be shut down and do jail time for what they are doing. I have filed a complaint here on the ripoff report, the West Florida Better Business Bureau and also to yahoo.com. I found that this company has 197 complaints against them. Most for the same reason I am reporting. I found this information on the West Florida BBB web site. This BBB has given the company a rating of -- F -- and I am totally confused. If this company is that bad why are they still in business? I guess no matter what you do, if you can rip people off, you can always get away with it as long as you want. I am seriously considering calling the West Florida police department and make a complaint and try to get these people in a courtroom for ripping off people.
