Dinodirect dinodirect do not want to refund my money . I purchased a jacket and buttons were missing and it was too small so i requested a refund for a week now and they are stil trying to compensate me Internet

Hi i was filing this report because dinodirect is a total ripoff and they dont like refunding money until they are about to get sued . Its ridiculous i been emailing that for 7days now and they keep talking about compensation but i want a full refund but the product isnt the right size nor its in good shape to wear .the buttons are falling all off n they told me to go to a local store and buy new ones .its not right for a company to treat a customer like this and im getting fed up and loosing my mind
