I ordered an expensive coat from DinoDirect and it took about 4 months to arrive. When it arrived, it was in the flimsiest, cheap, soft packaging I've ever seen. Needless to say, the coat looked like it had been trampled by a stampede of elephants. Also, I ordered an XL coat and it was literally big enough to fit a 10 year old boy. When I contacted customer service about the how long I had to wait only to get a horrible product, they replied via email in ridiculous broken English and wouldn't pay for return shipping. When I went to send it back, the shipping would cost more than the coat because I'd have to send it to some obscure address in China. After weeks of pleading with customer service at DinoDirect, they just kept deflecting all of my questions and comments. Never once was I able to communicate with someone on the phone about my case, which was very frustrating. There's literally no contact information on DinoDirect.com as far as a mailing address or telephone number. I will never deal with DinoDirect again and I strongly recommend that all consumers stay away from this company.
