As mentioned, i purchased a set of men's stone earrings from dinodirect, back in June. They never turned up at all. After 3 months of complaining to them, and them telling me it's lost in bad weather, i finally get told last week this item has been lost untraceable therefore we will offer you a giftcard to that value. When i get the email for the giftcard and go back to their site, the giftcard is not valid!

I contacted their customer service only to then be ignored. As i sat and waited for a reply via live chat, over 30 minutes went by with no reply, then i get, welcome to dinodirect.. i tell them my issue, then they disconnect me. I have lost out on quite alot of money, and people around the world need to know this company is bad news! Simply google "Dinodirect Scam" and look at all of the search results and websites of people around the world with similar problems!
