DinoDirect Sent to China Defective table at my Expense. No Replacement No Refund GUANGDONG China

I paid for this * which was not working out of the box and could not be activated nor the software replaced. I took it to a computer repair store and they said nothing could be done...I ask for a refund but was told I had to pay shipping to China which was over $60 with tracking!! Never got a replacement or refund.  They kept sending me emails to return the item, even though I returned it. Now they're sending email claiming that a refund was issued through the Dino website but there is no evidence of this. Weeks of sending emails have not resulted in any help or resolve of any kind.
