I don't know anything about this guys situation but come on it's a satillite service. also prone to many problems due to weather or just plain bad service. I know how they work I used to install them. But now I work for a larde cable opperator and in just 6 months I could tell how mutch more reliable the cable services are satillite just dosen't add up, yet anyway. thanks for reading

The person who submitted this report in 2003, "John of Sedona", was never serviced by our company on any occaision. We are a small, dedicated company, with very high customer approval ratings, and intallation of Direct TV is a very small part of the overall service we provide to our customers.

I can assure you that if any system we installed did not function, the owner himself would have been right out the next day to either remedy the problem or remove the defective equipment and schedule a re-install. If a re-install was not acceptable, a full refund would have been issued. This kind of complaint has never been heard of in our history, and frankly it is a shock that anyone can say anything they want without ripoffreport.com even checking into the validity of the matter.

There is a company working out of Phoenix Arizona that is also using the name Audio Visual Specialists, and may be the company who installed this gentleman's faulty DirecTV system. It has been brought to our attention that this company is also referring people to our corporate website as though it is their own.

I believe that the report I am hereby rebutting, from "John of Sedona" is either a fraudulent report by a competitor , or a report by a victim of a person operating under our company name.

We request that either the facts of the report be verified with proof from John of Sedona (i.e. any paper trail that implicates Audio Visual Specialists of Camp Verde Arizona in his mistreatment), or that ripoffreport.com remove this fraudulent complaint from its website.
