do NOT sign a contract with direct tv They change the terms of the contract and you have no leverage because they say they will charge a big cancellation fee if you cancel service ....direct tv has some really dumb people they go to my home address instead of my house up the mountains three hours away on a lake that i gave them great directions and then said i was not home....the directions said it was on a lake and they still did not know that they were at the wrong house why would i install a dish when i already had a dish at that address....they hire the most stupid people. you talk to 5 people you get five different stories do not be stupid like me and sign a contract with direct tv i should have never switched from comcast cable who was great but i wanted the extra service for my second house

Direct TV This company owned by AT&T and an Equity Firm TGP is nothing more than a decitful, lieing organization who rippes people off by hiring foreigners whom you can't understand and lie to you about services you can get for free, then you find out later it's not free and when you cancel they stick you with a possible illegal cancellation fee. If it's not illegal, it should be. Drop your satellite services ASAP.
