Direct TV This company falsely charges you for movies you do not order Greenwood Village Colorado

I made a decsion to close my account with Direct TV to help out with my financial situation, they told me that all I needed to do was to pay my final bill. I did that back in 11/2008. Today I received a notice not from Direct TV but from a collection agency stating that I owe a bill to Direct TV for 60.51. I was shocked! I attempted to contact Direct TV the agent advised that this is a normal practice that if your account is closed and addtional charges are billed to your account it is automatically sent to a collection agenecy. I stated that my final bill was paid in full in November. The agent advised that there were movies from back in 2007 that was never billed to my account being charged. I told her this was wrong because I had set my receivers to block the PPV channels unless I unlocked them and paid via their Website. She became extermley rude. I asked for a supervisor who was equally rude and all she would do is provide a PO box address. I asked for her boss she refused and disconnected the call. This is the second time since cancelling my account that this has happened now I am a little more than upset. I had their service for over 2 years and paid my bill on time every month, and this is how they treat the consumer. If anyone else is going through the same or has gone through the same Please advise as I need help. We need to stop this now.
