DIRECT TV THEY STOLE MY MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT WITH NO AUTHORIZATION 11 MONTHS AFTER I CLOSED THE ACCOUNT Internet, Virginia

I had a Direct Tv account in my name and my ex wife's name (which was never the same as my last name). When we seperated in March 2009 I paid the account to 0 balance, informed Direct TV of the situation and was told the account was closed. I used my company (I own a small business) check card to pay the balance and then refunded the money to my business later. I do not have any Direct TV account now. Two days ago I found a transaction where Direct TV had debited my account 260 dollars! Turns out my ex had re-opened my account and they never removed my card information from where I had paid the last balance! She did not have my name on the account, only hers, and she did not authorize the transaction to that card (per direct TV) So when she owed them money, they just arbitrarily charged my account because it had once been used to pay a bill! I had to spend an hour on the phone to resolve it and was told I would have my money back in 7-10 days after the reviewed the information. They took money from an account without authorization, and the name and address on the checking account they debited did not match the name and address on the Direct TV account! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! WE HAVE HAD SO MANY PROBLEMS WITH THEM! PROTECT YOURSELF, DO NOT LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU!
