I don't think it's right that Direct TV took money out my account, yes i have a balance with them but i'm currently on a set pay rate. I went into my account and notice that when my money was deposit into my account that Direct TV took out every dime i had without my permisson.
I never signed up for auto-pay or anything, so when i called and asked them the answer i got was they could do that if you have an past due balance with them. Even if you never gave them permission to use your card. She also told me if it's my name and address on the card then they can just take my money off my card to pay my past due amount without even confronting me.
Really don't think that's right so if you can help please do so!!!

YOU DID give agreement for them to do so with the payment method you used when you signed up for the service. Who do you think should have paid your past due bill?
