DIRECT TV is trying to charge me for service I never had I didnt even have a dish installed and they are charging me a annual fee of 60.00 for service protection on a dish I did not have also 5 dollars for a second receiver they never hooked up all together they say i owe them $157.00 or they are shutting me off and they did just that

I have tryed to talk to a supervisor but of course that nevered happened the cs reps are a bunch of incompetent jackasses they said there is nothing they can do if the imformation is not there in front of them . what exactly are they looking at when thay access your account? my bill isnt that enough imfo and proof of when I got my dish installed and that the time they are charging me for is bogus I will never pay that bill!!!

Im switching back to cox they suck too but at least they have decent cs reps who have there heads up there ***

Greetings from texino, your multimedia maven. Please check the pressure in your head because it is most likely high. Why would I tell you this? It is easy. You are saying that you never got service or a disk from Direct TV , but later you say they cut your service off and they are looking at the papers from when you got your dish. See what I mean?

Now Captain Texino (that is me) agrees that DTV is a screwball outfit and in some cases even worse than regular cable. That said, even the worst CS rep can't be expected to deal with somebody when he or she is telling conflicting tales. Think about it, then check to be sure you are getting enough oxygen.

Once you decide whether or not you have DTV in the first place, you should see if you can, indeed afford it. You may find that you need to go back to regular commercial programing because you certainly seem to have issues with the extended viewing options.

Texino's own advise here is to turn off the TV, unplug all the devices, put the rabbit ears up and then see what you can receive now. You will be surprised.

This is Texino.
