In the first half of August 2018, I checked my DirectTV bill online. The bill stated that I had a $36 credit to my account for August. I confirmed this with a Customer Service Representative. Then in the last week of August 2018 I checked my bank account, and found out that DirectTV submitted a payment for $91 without letting me know of this......ahead of time. Now my bank account (August 29, 2018) is in the red. DirectTv won't release the amount of the current month's bill ahead of time. They just go ahead and request the payment, without my knowing how much it is. Most of the time my DirectTV bill fluctuates. Why isn't anything being done to correct DirectTV's accounting system ????? Gary Stanullwich firstname.lastname@example.org
