I dug further and discovered that we have recently issued an enforcement action against Discount Gold Brokers, Inc., on April 15 of last year. The “Desist & Refrain” order prohibits further sale of commodities to California customers. Please feel free to advertise the order against the company as you see fit. As for current customers with grievances, the best advice I can give is for individuals to file a complaint with the California Department of Business Oversight so that we can further our official investigation into the company. I also found this number to call to register complaint. If we all call and establish a pattern of fraud they will refer to the DA.

We can each file a complaint with the LA County district attorney. The form is online. Go to da.co.la.ca.us or google LA county, click on Legal depts, then click on District Attorney, then click on fraud and corruption where you find a button to click to file a formal complaint and you can print the form and send in. If we all do it, we can shut him down. It asks if others are also  known to have been victimized but we have no way to contact each other. I SET UP AN EMAIL just for this purpose IF ANY OF YOU WANT TO USE IT TO CONTACT ME.

I filed on line with the Ca attorney genrals office yesterday. 

Yes, all of us must file a complaint with the Attorney Generals office, that doesn't mean we,ll get anything but he should go to jail. I'm embarrassed to say my fleecing was in the 6 figures!

Please use the following information to your advantage. It seems this company is just taking advantage of everybody taking their money and not delivering anything, I've noticed after reading many of the reports that they'll do business with you and deliver something to you if it's a small amount of purchase. 

Then what you feel trusting you're willing to part with larger amounts of money and that's when it happens and you get smacked upside the head financially. I think it's time we put this company out of business
