Ok, First off Dish Network some how created 2 accounts for the same address with the same telephone number when I signed up and charged my account $49.99 two times after they installed one dish. At the same time, some third party company of Dish Network, Dish Pronto, some how got my credit card information and charged it $9.99 for a set up fee and then $49.99 for the start up fee once they installed the dish, but Dish Pronto was not the company that installed the dish for me. When I called Dish Pronto about the charge, they had an account set up to my cell phone number-I don't know how they managed this. When I asked them about the fact that they charged me the $9.99 for the set up fee and $49.99 for a dish they did not install; all they could tell me is that they could see that they charged my credit card, but could not give me my money back because they could not see where the money went after they charged my credit card. This made no sense to me, so I called Dish Network to get my gosh darn money back. They did refund one of the $49.99 charges that they wrongly charged my and closed one of the two accounts, but they could not however get my money back from Dish Pronto because they are just one of their third party companies. So as of right now I have had $59.98 stolen from me from Dish Networks third party company, Dish Pronto.

Oh, but the fun does not end there! After being with Dish Network for only 3 months and with all the unjust happenings I decided to cancel my account and go with a company that would pay my disconnection fee. I called Dish Network to cancel my account and for the first time ever, I was able to speak with someone who spoke fluent English. I had told him everything that had happened and why I no longer wanted Dish Network's services. He told me that...If I stayed with Dish Network...he would refund only the $49.99 that Dish Pronto stole from me, but as an added bonus he would knock off $10 a month from my bill. I questioned him on this like any rational person would. "How can you refund my money now and only if I keep your service, but were not able to when I called a couple of times before about it?" Of course, he had no answer. We continued our conversation and I specifically asked him; if I would get a last bill with the cancellation fee, so that I could send it to my new company and they would pay. He said "yes, the cancellation fee will appear on your next statement" and the conversation ended. About 2 days later I went to pay the mortgage and low and behold there is $204.51 missing from my checking account. Who was the culprit you ask...the infamous Dish Network. I was now beyond the point of being upset, so I called Dish Network and was not the friendliest that I have been and after going through 3 different people and not getting any answers; I asked for a manager. This manger was the worst customer service person that I have ever spoke with. I was actually pushed to the point to where I said "you know what...you're an XXXhole!" Just guess what his reply to me was..."same to you mama!" and hung up. I was furious and shocked all in one. It was nice to see their employees practicing their motto "Better Customer Service for All!".

Oh, but the charade does not even stop there. Today I called my new provider and since Dish Network charged my checking account rather then sending me my bill, they will still refund my money to me, but all I need is either a statement or a professional letter from Dish Network that shows that the account was cancelled and the amount that I paid. I though this should not be difficult. Boy was I wrong. An hour later and once again stunned at the answers that I was receiving I had to end the call. Every person that I spoke with at Dish Network said that they do not send out a final statement because the account is already at a zero balance. Ok, no biggie, so then I asked for a professional letter just stating the info that my new provider need. In my opinion, this is not a difficult task, but each of the 3 people I spoke with all said they were not capable of writing a letter for me. So, now my total is up to $264.49 that Dish Network owes me.

Where in the hell is the justice in all this?
