Dish Network Dish www.dish.com Was offered $200 card.... only received $100, Internet

I agreed to a $200 Amazon.com gift card for signing up for a 24 month contract wish dish network.  They only sent me a link for a $100 card instead.  I verified 3x with the agent regarding the gift card and amount.  (I turned down a $50 referral fee for me and a $50 fee for a friend as well as a $25 gift card for a total of $125 because the $200 was more)

They refused to honor the $200 card when I contacted customer service. They even said a  "3rd party sales partner" took the order when it was the 800# on their website that I called and they couldn't see additional information regarding the order.  I will be filing complaints with the AL and CO attorney general's office as well as those state's BBB for fraud.
