Oh my God, why didn't I read all the negative reports on this Company. I have been pulling up all these sites and find so many complaints about this operation. Heck, the Feds should go after these guys.

Anyway, my complaint is with the terms of the offer I choose with the network. This my friends is obvisously a desparate company for business, otherwise they would be a somewhat more understanding when one chooses to cancel for good reason.

I ordered the DishNetwork a couple weeks ago, again, oh my god what a mistake, how could I be this nieve. They came and installed the dish close to the roof which was fine and seemed to be a good spot. He then connected the receiver and all appeared to be well. Well all wasn't, two days after the installation and in two almost consecutive instances, I lost the connection three times, then I started getting this light dark screen on the TV and it continued.

Well now, naturally I called dish and after waiting almost 15 minutes to even get through to someone, I then proceeded to talk with a tech. He stated he needed to go through several procedures that would check or verify that all my connections were correct. Now, after about a half hour of this madness he then told me that he would schedule a technician as soon as possible. Well that was on a Saturday and it was Wednesday and I had to put up with this for three days. Then he told me it might go down period but they would take care of it on Saturday, Hello!

The tech came that Saturday and suggested that we move the dish and put it on a pole, so that seemed reasonable. Everything appeared to be fine. Well not so fine, two days later the system off and on half the day. Still with bright and dark on the screen.

Naturally I made another call to Dish and I frankly had enough of this in a two week period. Another 10 minutes to talk with someone, explained that I wanted to cancel and after stating my issues she promptly sent me on to someone else. Of course then I had to explain again and then simply told her that I was not happy with the system and would like to cancel.

She said that was fine because I could do that as long as I was still in the 30 day period, lack of policy communication to come. However, she tried and succeeded in convincing me that please give us another chance. We will give you a free month service, just give us a chance. Well it seemed reasonable so again I did, can you say stupppid!

Well folks it's still not working right and I called today and said I have had enough please cancel it, I'm just not happy. Could you give us another try was their request and I simply said no, please cancel. I have had more problems with this system in two weeks then I have in 40 years of cable. They agreed to cancel, but oh yeah, they want the $240.00 cancellation fee.

Now I can understand this fee being charged 6-8 months down the road, but I am talking two weeks of total disatisfaction, two weeks! Why in the world would this Company want someone in two weeks to take on 18 months of this misery. It's desparation for business and bad business.

However, there is one postive side to this nightmare. Two of my neighbors were anxious to try the Network too and thank god I got to them before they made that mistake. I would have taken a while to forgive myself on that one. In our Community we have a Club House. pool that sort of thing and I ran down today to inform the 800 resident's don't go Dish.

Oh and one final statement, don't expect much information when you ask them something they don't like, you won't get any. It makes me suspicious as to who is really running this operation.

Well for all of us who are stuck with this failed Company I'm sorry, but what a lesson we have learned in checking out a business and their practices in the past.
