Folks, I cannot stress enough how important is that you and anyone you know stay away from this company. I am 52 years old and I thought that over the years I'd had some bad experiences with companies however, nothing compares to the problems I've had with Dish Network. They also operate under the names of Ecostar Satellites LLC, Sattelites unlimited and a host of others. Although the address on my reciept says Alabama I have since found that you will never get an accually address on these guys. It seems that they only exist in cyberspace. And good lunk with customer service. You will get a scripted telemarketer from Bangledesh that could care less about your concerns.

Now to my main complaints:

1. They will bill your Credit card without your permission repeatedly.

2. The representatives are are rude and not helpful.

3. Service and programming is terrible.

4. Sattelite constantly goes out of service.

5. I was given a one year contract and yet they are tring to hold me to an 18
month contract which I never signed.

6. The company is in my opinion not trustworthy.

In closing. If you need sattelite service Try Direct TV.
