Dish Network No customer service-termination fees Ohio

Purchased Dish Network SAT TV and Internet-was told at the time of purchase on the phone that additional televisions could be connected without a "Joey"-

A "toll free number' sticker was put on each remote to "call anytime' for assistance (1-866-414-6086)

The next day the internet stopped working-called the number for 4 days and nobody answered the phone number provided-message was the "office hours" are from 6:30am to 9:00 pm. I was calling during the day when the office was supposed to be open but nobody would answer. Finally the end of the 4th day (25 calls later) a person answered and I told them i wanted to "cancel"-made appointment for them to pick up equipment.

Then a big hassle started-$900 termination fee--was told that I had to get on the roof and remove the dish for TV and Internet. I am 70 years old, I can't climb on the roof! Was told a charge would be added to the account if they had to remove it!

Told that I was calling the "wrong number" for telephone support and the "correct" number was on my bill. I have not received a bill yet-how is a customer know the number if it is not given?

Long story short-had no internet for "4" days-remoytes had wrong customer support telephone numbers-

$900 fee for something that did not work!!!

DO NOT GET DISH

Anybody out there want to join in a lawsuit?
