Aggressive sales people push you into accepting free 3 months of movie channels and fail to inform you that by accepting, you are signing up for movie packages that you will be charged for when the promotion period is over.
On the phone with customer service later, the representatives will not credit your bill for the time between the end of the promotion and the current date and are extremely rude. The agent and her supervisor would not let me talk, accused me of lying, and despite being careful not to loose my temper, eventually hung up on me!
What a terrible way to treat their customers and how sleazy a way to do business. I would cancel my service, but as they know, I would pay an early termination fee. Avoid Dish Network.

Oh Come On.. That's Nonsense

I just signed up for Dish Network a few weeks ago. The agent said that the promotion was for 3 months... YOU SAID YOURSELF THE PROMOTION IS FOR 3 MONTHS!!
So, did you ever think to ask 'WHAT HAPPENS AFTER 3 MONTHS?" Guess not. I can't believe you are even complaining. If you don't have enough of an IQ to figure out that a 'three month promotion' is for 'three months', then you shouldn't be handling your financial affairs, it should be given to someone with more intelligence and common sense.
