LIED ABOUT COST: Told me it would be $9.95, charged me $19.95 intro cost. Charged special installation fee, but said free gift would cover it. A lie.

LIED ABOUT INSTALLATION DATE: Had to come out twice, made me wait 8 hours and installed nothing.

LIED ABOUT FREE GIFT: Website for free gift they gave, did not exsit.

SHODDY INSTALLATION: Had to move it two places on roof, wanted to dig up yard and put on pole. Installed wires over top of bushes and left sagging wires hanging down. Their goal is to get job done fast and rush to another so they can make the most money per day. DISH subcontrats almost all their work to several other independent installers. Neither of the two installers I met subscribed to DISH. Gee, wonder why not!! Customer service and sales people are professional liars.

Your letter is one of anger more than objectivity, especially when you went to an outside company to get services (not Dish Network). This forum should be for useful conversations for people considering products and services and people deserve to also know that your interactions were not with Dish Network. Your dispute with an outside company from Dish can be handled with them without abusing Dish's name for your "verbal" agreements. If you are one of those who gets items in writing, see you state government and they can can follow up with the company you signed up with.

all installers are professional and very nice
the sub contractors are paid very well for all the hard work they do
