DPD Pools Ordered online reported to BBB still no contact from company it must be fraud Niagara Falls New York

I ordered a pool liner from DPD pools via pooldeals.com on June 4. It said 2-8 day delivery. Immediately after placing the order I tried to call them to add chlorine to the order. I got a fax machine. THen I searched BBB and got another phone number which said it was disconnected and no longer in service. I e-mailed them to cancel the order after 2 days because I could not get a person on the phone and my e-mails went unanswered.

I called my credit card company to cancel the charge and was told that the minute the charge hit, DPD pools picked up the payment. The credit card company said that this was very unusual and that there is a good chance that it is fraud. I have to go through the procedures to get my money back, but ALERT ALERT to all others. Normally companies take about 5 days to pick up their money from the credit companies. These guys do it immediately and they never ship your product.

Call the BBB and the attorney generals office. I did. Today is 6/10 and when I go to the site it still says will ship in 1-3 days. It has said that since 6/4.
