DresSale.com False Guarentee, Horrialbe Customer Service Internet

I purchased a dress from Dressale.com on Feb 24. 2013. When I placed the order I was assured that the dress would arrive by March 18. Our event was on March 22. We didn't receive the dress until March 25. One week later than promised. I have emails from the company assuring me proper arrival. When I checked on the dress we a week before the due date I was told that it would not arrive to me on time because of their Nee Year holiday. I had to go buy another dress for my event . I was told by the company to save this dress for my next event!!!!!The dress came to us not matching the picture on the website and the zipper does not work.I have emailed them and keep getting the run around. I have had to purchase a new dress and know I have to pay a seamstress to repair this one
