I ordered a dress from dressale .com on March 23 , 2011 and was promised delivery by April 30. It is now May 22 and we stll have not recieved the dress. Even after repeated e-mails and on line chatting with 'sherry' who made repeated promises of delivery dates that have all passed with no delivery.
After pushing the dates forward severall times, their last mail offered to cancel the order after taking out 90$ for lost material fees. What lost material..they never tried to even make the dress. This site is unbelievable and I catn't believe they ARE STILL IN BUSINESS!!!
They have now stopped even contacting me and ignore my requests.
I am even more appaled that PayPal is involved in this scam. I have been trying to contact them for some help in recovering the $200 I paid through their website for this non- existing dress and they have not responded.
Any one have any ideas out there on what to do next? or are we supposed to eat this loss and let them get away with it.

"how about we let you get the dress by 17th June" .....Really!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You and your company are unbelievable!!! The dress I ordered was a WEDDING DRESS!!!!!! The date of the wedding has now come and gone and you are still giving me the run around? I demand a full refund without the bulll **** of deducting any costs for the "wasted material" .You and your company are a complete fraud and I will make it my mission to expose you unless you refund my money as soon as possible.

I've used Dressale and had good and bad experiences. Use paypal to pay then you can take it up with them if anything is not right.
