Have has car only 6 months Transmission is failing and no Exceleration after making very expensive payments twice per month Have has very poor experience with Drive time which is only concerned about Car payments Need car repaired or will join class action suit as I just want a car which runs please Thank you James W

The deadbeat wail always begins with "Class Action" when none of the deadbeats have even the slightest clue what such a suit really is! Yes they are concerned about the money because YOU signed a contract in which YOU guaranteed YOU would make each and every payment. Since you are relegated to a subprime deadbeat car dealership, we see how paying your bills on time is not your strong point otherwise you would be financed with a bank. You may also wish to learn how to write using the English language which contains punctuation, sentence structure and grammar, unless you enjoy coming across as illiterate!
