Assumption....

AUTHOR: Tyg - (USA)

Did you READ the warranty fully or is this yet another case of someone ASSUMING?? While you claim to have a warranty, your particular issue may not be covered under said warranty. If you havent read FULLY the terms and conditions of that warranty then all YOU have done is commit defamation. Are you ASSUMING that your issue is covered?? I ask this because MANY times people ASSUME or unintentionally misrepresent thier position due to lack of information. If your current issue that YOU paid out of pocket on IS covered then you should attempt to submit the repair bill to the warranty company.

But if they have denied your warranty claim then its on YOU to repair it and YOU should really re think HOW you do business. Unless your warranty CLEARLY states that there is NO ISSUE you should pay for then odds are that your problem IS NOT covered and YOU have done this post out of spite and anger. Two things that as an adult YOU should have control over. YOU shouldnt abuse someones reputation due SOLELY to the fact that YOU are uninformed about the details of your warranty. If this company that holds your warranty doesnt cover your issue then all YOU will have done is give THEM ammo to use against YOU PERSONALLY in a civil defamation suit. More and more companies are getting tired of taking hits to thier reputation due to consumer ignorance. More and more companies are going after people who are INTENTIONALLY misrepresenting a issue due to ignorance or incompetance.

If you have a warranty, why did you not take it back to the seller for warranty service?

Secondly, their "rates" are high which you seem to indicate about the loan APR, only because it is a subprime deadbeat dealership for people who have given themselves bad credit and as such, are NOT entitled to bank rate APR.  If the price versus mileage is not to your liking, then a simple avoidance remedy is in order...you don't buy the car!
