I paid 20,000 dollars on a car loan to drivetime I still owe 6,000 dollars on the loan for a 2003 jeep liberty I have only put 80,000 miles on it in 4 plus years. I have put over 5,000 dollars in reported repairs on the jeep during that time . The jeep has a blown head gasket and needs another coolant system I already put one in the jeep. The repairs will be 2000 dollars I asked if they could help me they said no. I was willing to pay 1,500 dollars to get into another car and finance it through them they said no you are stuck with the loan and jeep. It appears the jeep was sold like that.

You could not have driven 80K miles with a blown head gasket so it’s absurd to think it was that way when you purchased the vehicle. It’s most likely the problem is a result of a malfunction in the replacement coolant system.

Did you receive a warranty with this car? Is said warranty still in force? If not, why would you even think you are entitled to free warranty service? People who buy cars know if there's a warranty certain repairs are covered and if you have no warranty, quite obviously nothing is covered! Sorry, the entitlement mentality doesn't work here!
