I bought this car on dec 31, 2014 and have had nothing but problems with this car. it has been in the shop for everything. Trying to get the warranty company to pay for this is ridiculous. My transmission just went out and they put a used one in the day that i picked up my car from the shop it broke down again. It stresses me out that i have to deal with this. i'm a single mother of 3 kids and don't have time for a car that is going to break down every other day. What can i do to have a decent car?

Maybe PAY for a BETTER car!!! YOU are a victim of YOUR choices. YOU CHOSE to purchase THAT vehicle. YOUR BUDGET is the ONLY thing holding you back for getting a GOOD car. Since YOU had to work within the budget YOU set. It sounds like YOU purchased a previously owned vehicle. Meaning USED!!! There will ALWAYS be some problem with purchasing a used vehicle. Having to make what YOU consider expensive repairs is actually FAR CHEAPER then paying for a brand new vehicle. Were YOU perhaps expecting that YOU were going to be the ONLY person on the planet who DIDNT have to do repairs on their used vehicle?? THAT is unrealistic!! The warranty company is NOT going to cover EVRY repair YOU need. Point in fact, the warranty company is going to tell you NO more then YOU will hear YES!!!Its their JOB to deny YOUR CLAIMS!!! As YOUR WARRANTY spells out what its covered, I would suggest that YOU read it when YOU dont actually have a problem. That way YOU wont be sitting there looking for some loophole to cover a CURRENT repair. This way YOU get to READ and UNDERSTAND 100% EXACTLY what is covered. YOU are only allowed a few claims a year against the MEASELY amount YOU paid on the warranty. Once YOUR repair bills get to the amount YOU PAID on the warranty they WILL NOT cover anything else. Think of it like an EXTREAMLY limited credit line. The warranty company is ONLY going to pay UP TO a certain limit then they will deny EVERY claim that follows. So pick and chose your battles!!! Sometimes its CHEAPER to pay for the small repairs and leave the BIG repairs for the warranty. While understandable that YOU as a sigle parent with kids gets frustrated, it doesnt mean diddly SQUAT when maqking a report. YOU are trying to use THAT to garner ONLINE SYMPATHY!!!! YOUR financial AND personal life have ZERO bearing on the situation. Since YOU are trying to garner sympathy its easy to dismiss YOUR report as just ANOTHER consumer WHINING that LIFE isnt going as planned.
