I ordered a DVD box set from DVDDonkey on 3 December. The money was debited from my account on 6 December and I haven't heard anything, depaite several attempts to get in touch with them. After a search I've found that they seem to have ripped other people off in the same way too. In my opinion they're a bunch of rip-off merchants. Do not use this site; do not give them your hard-earned money.

I've received 3 or 4 e-mails from this "company". I've been told that the item has shipped on 29 December, using Canada Post. I was then sent 3 identical e-mails containing my order confirmation.

Obviously I've checked Canada Post's site using the reference they gave me, and surprise, surprise - there's no such reference.

In my opinion, the people running this site (and its derivatives) are a bunch of con artists. Stay away!
