Eagle Warranty Corporation Eagle Warranty Corporation... The Word is Spreading Fast!!!! Eynon Pennsylvania

I have a service contract on my BMW 528 thru Eagle "Scam Artists" Warranty and needed engine work done. Took the car to the dealership... was told it was failure to the auxilary air pump and check valve. The service mgr. said he would contact Eagle Warranty to OK the repairs and it shouldn't be a problem. Eagle Scam Corporation refused the coverage without any explaination. Service mgr. called me back...said he talked to "KEN" but Ken didn't offer any info other than "not covered". He said he would not recommend Eagle to anyone. I called Eagle Scam, talked to Ken (Ken is a tool!) and wasn't told anything by him other than it wasn't covered...no explaination and he was extremely rude.(wife must beat him). Did I say Ken was a tool?!!

Contacted customer service, girl told me to send an email to SEAN in consumer relations. Sent the email...no response from Sean...noticed Sean must read the RIPOFF REPORT and sometimes chimes in and gets defensive(Sean must be a tool also). Eagle employees hide behind the phone and computers.

Repairs cost me $1300 + car rental. Eagle only sells service contracts in paper only...no true service...no consumer relations..definitely no customer satisfaction. I sent a complaint to the Texas department of Licensing & Regulation. Also, I am currently contacting any dealership that offers Eagle Warranty service contracts and giving them the truth about this company. It easy to find these dealerships...just "Google" Eagle Warranty. Hopefully this will cost them greatly since they do NOT run a legitimate business.
