Earthlink Rebate Games ripoff Atlanta Georgia

Earthlink owe's a $50 Best Buy Gift Card and a $50 Check me for the purchase of a Linksys Router.

The Linksys Router with True Voice was purchased at Best Buy store#135 in Pleasant Hill Ca on 11/12/06.

The rebate offer numbers 67232 & 67233 was submitted via online thru Bestbuy.com/rebate on 12/04/06. This was later verified by Shelly that both rebates were submitted and received.

I have called Earthlink customer service several times. Normally I get somebody in their India call center. Here are some of the answers.

1. There is no rebate for the product.
2. There was a rebate and the check was sent but the gift card was not received.
3. We have no record of it, we ill forward and escalte the problem to the rebate center.(Twice)
4 Refused supervisor 3 times.
5 Did online chat twice. Promised I would have answer in 5 business days. First chat was in April.

6 email sent to customer service 2 weeks ago. It's states I would have an answer in 48 hours.
7. Email sent to the CEO last week. No response.

I want my $50 BestBuy Gift Card and $50 Rebate mailed immedietly.
