I bought a 02 linciln Ls from eastern motors and three days later the transmission failed. They took it in to be serviced and didn't offer any loaner cars. They told me to rent a car from Enterprise and they would reimburst me. Well they they took a month to finish repairing my car and only reimburst me 154 dollars and left me with a bill of 900.00 dollars.

That wasn't how I got treated. I purchased a car from eastern motors, and I had a good experience. When I walked through the door, everyone was so nice and helpful. Oh and the sales person that helped me made sure I got my car. When I left eastern motors I was in a car and I was so happy
