Ebay Ebay- poor services, poor communication, charged huge fees on a 1 cent listing day-won't credit after promised Internet

Ebay is the biggest rip off for sellers. Not only do they charge you huge fees, they charge you for shipping costs. Whenever there is a problem, the buyer always wins. I went to list on a 1 cent listing day. Noticed I was being charged full price. Called in to Ebay and their customer service people said it would be credited and got ahead and list the rest of the items. I asked them 2 times and both times they said it was 100% guarantee that my account would be charged 1 cent. I should have known better than to trust them. I listed and now I am charged $317.60. In a weeks time, I talked with 9 people including supervisors, account specialists, and have been on the phone for over 5 hours. I get no where. I hear the same printed speech every time. My credit card is now charged. In my opinion, ebay internet sales are nothing but cheap promises and thiefs. Stay away from them!
