Ebay Ebay sides with the seller, even though seller sent buyer boots with no insoles! California Internet

Ebay sided with the seller, who sent me Dansko boots with no insoles.  I wore them outside once, before I realized something was strange, and the reason, no insoles.  Seller offered to get me generic insoles, but the boots were listed in "like-new" condition.  Seller accused me of buyer's remorse, and of wearing the boots in the rain.  In the dispute resolution center, I posted pics, so everyone could see the boots were in the same condition, and not rained on!  I also took pics of the inside, with no insoles.  Seller did offer me $10, but that would be like buying a Honda with an off-brand engine.  I paid $59 for boots that were supposed to be in "like-new" condition, but they have no insoles, and Ebay sided with the seller.  Now, I have boots with no insoles, and here is the transcript from Dansko, who does not carry insoles for these discontinued boots.  Wouldn't it seem logical to anyone that if the seller was offering to give me a $10 credit or send me generic insoles, that they knew they had sent me boots with no insoles, that were supposed to be in "like-new" condition?  In 30 days, I will be closing my Ebay account, and will not do business with Ebay again, either as a buyer, or a seller, which is unfortunate, becauses there are many honest and good sellers on Ebay.

Okay, thank you for your help! The seller offered, but another generic insole may not be the same quality and comfort as dansko. Unfortunately for me, ebay sided with the seller because I wore them once before noticing there were no insoles : ( Thanks for your help!
