ebay ebay wont stand behind their communications. Willing to loose a customer for $15.00. What customer service is NOT. I suggest using Craigs list to everyone. Internet

so ebay sends me the email below.....shipping address is in NY....buyer recieves item in NY but says he wanted in FL. ebay refunds all money to buyer. ebay stated I should have known about FL address...not sure how especially when ebay sent email below saying to send to NY. ebay stated my email must be a fraud and did not want a copy. Really??? for $15. 00 in shipping? ebay was good in its day but now needs to go.....many alternate resources to handle this type of sale...no room for anyone not focused on the customer or willing to stand behind their product and simply say they made a mistake!
