04-AUG-2017 ordered mirrors from vendor fpipowerhut2010 for $136.99.

06-AUG-2017 received confirmation order was shipped.

14-AUG-2017 contacted seller because there were no instructions.

15-AUG-2017 fpipowerhut2010 tell me not to worry, can I just try to install them and they will give me a $3 credit

23-AUG-2017 I inform fpipowerhut2010 there are two problems. First no instructions and second and more importantly is that the passenger side mirror does not lock in the proper angle to see down the side of the truck. It is very dangerous.

24-AUG-2017 fpi says they are easy to install, they are plug and play.  Ask me to fix it on my side and would refund me $10.

24-AUG-2017 I respond to fpi stating that NO I cannot correct because the product is defective and is dangers to use.

28-AUG-2017 fpi as me to take it to a local sop to have it checked.  Offers a refund of $25.00

31-AUG-2017 fpi again offers to pay $25 towards getting a local shop to look at repairing the problem.

31-AUG-2017 I respond stating I took it to the GMC dealer and they worked on it.  It cost me $300 for the analysis, and the passenger mirror does not have the correct stop angle, and the mirror won't adjust so I can see down the side of the truck.  The technician tried several options, and none worked.

05-SEP-2017 fpi response it is so expensive, can you find the chap one?  We would refund you $30 okay?

05-SEP-2017 I respond that I’m not sure you understand English.  I already paid the dealer.  The passenger mirror does not work properly.  I am going to make a complaint with the Attorney General because it is not safe.  Will complain to eBay and post a video if I need to.

06-SEP-2017 fpi hello, for this matter how about you keep it, just repay us $75.00 and we resend a new set for you?

Thanks.

01-OCT-2017 I cannot find the pengfei133 account.  I ask them how to make the payment?

01-OCT-2017 They reply you can go to PayPal and pay to their account pengfei133Wgmail dot com.  And remember to provide me the pay pal transaction Id after you do it.  They offer to send an invoice.

12-OCT-2017 Receipt for $75.00 sent to “Forever prosper International Ltd.

12-OCT-2017 I sent fpi a copy of the receipt for sending the $75.00 through PayPal.

20-OCT-2017 I sent an email to fpi asking if they have sent the mirrors yet?

20-OCT-2017 I snet an email to fpi again at the other email they provided asking if they sent the mirrors yet?

20-OCT-2017 I received a message back from ebay that fpipowerhut2010’s email address is no longer valid but to contact them through ebay.  Which I did.

21-OCT-2017 sent another email asking them if they have shipped the mirrors?

27-OCT-2017 sent them another email through ebay with copies of the receipts for sending the $75.00 for the shipping as agreed.  They have not sent the mirrors.

01-NOV-2017 sent another email through ebay, with copies of the receipts for the $75.00 and asking when are they going to ship my mirrors?

01-NOV-2017 fpi sent me a copy of the shipped notice for the original shipment – NOT FOR THE REPLACEMENT.

17-NOV-2017 filing a complaint.

22-NOV-2017 I never received my replacement mirrors but ebay, failing to pay attention to the ship date in the email threads stated that the seller provided a ship date and they are closing the case and ebay will not to help me get my money back.  The representative was extremely rude, and would not listen to me explain that the seller did not ship the replacement mirrors, she just said it was past 30 days and we cannot do anything.

22-NOV2017 In this email from ebay, they not only protested the seller who extorted an additional $75.00 for additional shipping charge for the replacement mirrors – which they did not send, so I’m out the original purchase price of the defective product of $136.99 plus the additional $75.00 sent for them for shipping the replacement product which they never sent.  Total amount: $211.99.  BUT EBAY NOW REMOVED MY NEGATIVE COMMENT ABOUT THE SELLER AND NOW THE SELLER CAN DO THIS TO THE NEXT CONSUMER.
