EBAY FRAUDED ME OUT OF MONEY San Jose California

we sold a plasma cutter on line with eBay shortly after selling it the buyer complained that it wasn't what we had described. We found out in writing that the buyer had changed the plug on the plasma cutter causing the warranty on the plasma cutter to be voided. And according to E BAY polices if a buyer alters the item in any shape or form the guarantee money back policy is voided Well E bay kept sending us messages on line saying you need to make this right with the buyer . WE explained and showed E BAY where he stated that he altered the machine and now want his money back. The message said see details when we clicked on that message E Bay claimed we accepted a return.. And just when you think it gets better it doesn't Not only did E BAY take the funds from our pay pal account of $1150.00 because E Bay is the parent company they tell Pay pal what to do Now you guess it the buyer still has the plasma cutter and his funds back and we got nothing. Today E BAY took from our bank account $118.00 for the commission on the plasma cutter THAT THEY REFUNDED TO THE BUYER FOR AND THAT HE STILL HAS. This wrong and it is robbery period no business should be allowed to simply because they are a big employer for your state. I have made a complaint with my bank and the California attorney general and DOJ The point is E BAY has known this to be going on for while but they don't care and are nothing but a alley for this type of scam.
