Ebay ripoff wont help me find one of thier sellers who took my money and wont send me my products San Jose California

i ordered a dvd childrens show for my 3 year old and the person i ordered from danielle arnott 310 n. alma schoolrd #7 in mesa,arizona will not send me the dvds. danielle cashed my personal check at her bank. i have the copy of the check from my bank. i have tried to make contact with her and she will not answer my email. when i contacted ebay they said that i lost a bid for those dvds but i did not bid i bought these dvds i had never dealt with ebay before and i will never deal with them again.danielle's email address is auntie_ellie06@yahoo.com and i hope whoever has had bad dealings with this woman in the past please contact me and let me know how you settled it. i have a 3 year old who cries everyday for her banana splits dvd's and i have to talk to her and do my best to explain things as far as ebay's attitude is "don't drag us in this cause we don't wont to be involved "i hope danielle enjoyed spending my money while my chid cries for her dvds.
