Ebay at it again! Took $894.58 from my bank account without my authorization! SanFransico SanJose? California *EDitor's Suggestions on how to get your money back into your bank account!

Well Ebay's at it again yesterday I had $894.58 taken from my bank account. Ebay tried to tell me on the phone that it wasn't them that it was PayPal (pass the buck)I wrote Ebay a letter on 04/20/4005 asking them to remove us from the direct pay service. I also cancelled my seller fees from PayPal.

My Bank told me also that this was done illegally. I did not give Ebay my debit card information only my checking.

mxxxx: So this did not authroize Ebay to take money form account as I have copies of letters sent to Ebay on 4-20-2005 telling you to be removed from directpay service
mxxxx: my paypal account is not close I cancelled the paypal seller fees service
mxxxx: I have also submitted copies of this to my bank as well.

Eric A.: Ok. Now I do not see any payments on your account through your checking account. I would like you to email our billing analysts to review that payment for you. I have seen that we have removed all financial information on your account, and should not have been charged.
But yet they can find no record of my account being charged? Hilarious. When is this nonsense going to stop. Ebayers Beware!
