ecost.com fraud scam very unprofessional crooked Internet

ecost.com are scam artists.  They have a terrible return policy but it states that.  Well, I ordered headphones for a Christmas gift.  They came but did not work.  So, I called because I knew they had a poor return policy.  Customer service was rude!  They said I can not return them.  I said that I am because they don't work and I don't want them.  He grumbled fine but you will be deducted a restocking fee.  I said fine.  I paid to ship them back.  I never was credited anything!  Paid for merchandise, then paid to return it, and they just pocketed the money.  Very unprofessional company and people to work with.  I don't think they are legitimate at all just crooks.
