I filed a sexual discrimination and retaliation report in 1999 against a state agency. There were five female employees that had filed charges against the same employee. My report was sent to miami florida to be investigated. I live in s.c. After two months of calling fl. and leaving messages on their voicemail my messages were not returned and my case was dissmissed . I have filed many reports since and each time my case was dissmissed. The investigations are a joke. They only spoke to the agency took their say so and dismissed my cases. I have sent them numerous reports with witnesses names. They never contacted any witnesses and kept asking me to send them the same documents over and over. The agency did not tell EEOC that there were five women who filed reports. Two of the c.e.o. were forced to resigne due to the fact that I explained that millions of tax payers dollars were paid out to settle sexual harassnent suites prior to my reports. I was retaliated against for years by the agency for contacting eeoc. I feel that if eeoc would have investigated my original reports that they could have ordered a stop to this retailiation. They did not so I beleive eeoc allowed the agency to make my life miserable for years. My advise, don't waste your time and energy filing with eeoc. Find another job. Maybe some day the government will investigate eeoc's corupt investigations. Oh the other five women quit due to the retailiation. I am the only one still working there. As for the other million dollar suites, they all quit . To eeoc, one day you will have to answer to a judge and explain how and why your investigations are so corupt!

Complaints about EEOC

All these people complaining about EEOC isn't going to do you or me any good. Why don't we all get together and file a class action suite? The EEOC has to protect most employers or the employer will loose thier federal funding! Sooo what are you going to do whine or shine?

The eeoc is a waste of time they do not help you. Instead, they issue you a
right to sue letter to take it to court which is another long process & you probally
wont win. It is easy for employer's to win cause the eeoc is on there side just
like the unemployment office. But, I bet If you are black the eeoc would help them
recovery punitive damanges, why do you think they are no black people
complaining about the eeoc they are lot's of white people complaining about the
eeoc. If, the employer is black you can forget them helping you they will
wrongfully close you complaint & say that you where not discrinmanted agaisnt,
this Is how the eeoc handle's most of the cases they say you weren't
discrinmanted.

I agree with you. Send me your email address and we'll see what we can do. A class action will definately shed some light on this and maybe bring about a long over due investigation by the government.

Black or white issue
AUTHOR: Joe - (U.S.A.)
SUBMITTED: Thursday, January 24, 2008
This is for the person that claimed the decision of his case was based on his color. Though my birth certificate says white I am 3/4 black and 1/4 white. My mother, grandmother and great grandmother are black, my father is white. I have his white features and coloring. Though EEOC and my employer see me as white I asure you I can be either race so be careful what you say about people.

Question
AUTHOR: Joe - (U.S.A.)
SUBMITTED: Thursday, January 24, 2008
How can I contact the department that takes complaints against EEOC? Does anyone know who I can contact? I have tried several times in the past and was directed right back to the same department that I have filed the complaint against! Some how this doesn't seem right. Each time I called I was told that I have to go back to greenville. It seems to me that there should be another branch some where that handles complaints.

Bart, get a life your the one who is crapping in people's legit complaint's
as well as my complaints. You, don't have the right to continue to harass people
who don't agree with you. You, do not know me you have no right to tell me my
complaint isn't valid. I, guess you are someone hired from these companies I
have reported to try to slander me & harass me why else would u be wasting
your time, to tell me my complaint's are fraudlent. Purhaps, you work for the
eeoc, you are prove how black people discrinmate agaisnt white people & get them
fired from there job's.

The eeoc does protect the employer
AUTHOR: Charles - (U.S.A.)

If, this happend to a black person the eeoc would call is discrinmantion.
If, a black person got fired & two white people took there job, then
the black employee would sue for discrinmantion & get there money.
Don't dare let this happen to a black person the white employer would
pay with there life if this happend to a black person. You, can
forget the eeoc helping you if you are a white person then I get called
a racist. Black, people are the only ones who can call us racists
remarks.

Who didn't see this coming

Again, this is a legitimate complaint of someone who was harrassed.
Not someone canned because they couldn't do the job like mommy and yourself and none of it had to do with blacks like you try to blame fo your own faults racist. Perhaps your "stories" is what gets you 2 canned from jobs repeatedly.
You offer nothing to this complaint and intentionally try to deflect it to yourself for attention because mommy must have left you alone again.THIS PERSON HAS A LEGITIMATE GRIPE-YOU DO NOT HAVE ONE OR A CLUE AS TO WHAT YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT.
And just so people can see the racist, slandering lies of your statements, the truth of my statements, and that MANY agree with me:

Leave the people's legitimate complaints alone and stop stealing and thread crapping.

I agree with you the eeoc does protect the employer. Be careful of this guy name tim who claims to be a lawyer he will do everything in his power to discredit your claim agaisnt the eeoc, telling you that you don't know how the eeoc operates. He along with others have bashed & harassed me enough about my complaint agaisnt the eeoc, be careful people will accuse you of being a racist.
The eeoc does protect the employer they are suppose to protect the employee its the other way around.
