EEOC ripoff, only for the employers big or small, don't investigate, they just go by what the employer say Phoenix Arizona

I went to the EEOC with a complaint. All they did was let the company know of the complaint and went by what the company said. They did not check with any of the witness's.

When I tried to give proof that the company was lying they wouldn't even look at it. They went solely on what the employer said.

I live in a right to work state, and it is impossible to get a lawyer to look at a case unless it is a big company that they can make lots of money from, or get good headlines from either way they have to make lots of money or they won't waste their time.

I also attended a seminar that was ran by the EEOC and when I asked a question about this problem I was shut down. Or they would act like they didn't hear me. When a man asked them to answer my question they decided to take a break. I left knowing they were not going to give me any help.

I still work for this company. Now they are retaliating against me for a promotion I was put in for. I have been thinking about going back to the EEOC but I don't want to be wasting my time for nothing.

Also I am thinking of looking for a new job and who will hire you if you are sueing you former employer for what is right.

This equal employment opportunity commission is a crock. And I pay them just as you do, and they won't help you either! Is this how the rest of our government is ran? If so we need a change soon.
