Elitextreme STILL FRAUDULENT AFTER ALL THESE YEARS! Ripoff! Cassleberry Florida

After 9 emails to Elitextreme asking where my purchse was from December 31st, they finally emailed me back and told me it was sent on the 18th! I emailed them several times after with no response. I called their number and finally got a hold of someone and asked why after 19 days that I placed my order are they finally sending it. They said that it was on backorder, so I asked "at what point were you ever going to get a hold of me to tell me that? You have had ample opportunity to respond to my emails" The service agent couldn't answer me. Then he told me it was going out USPS and I told him that I paid for UPS and he said they didn't use UPS..... so I asked him "Then why do you have the UPS logo on your website?" again he could not answer.

This company is SHADY. I have reported them to the BBB and the FTC. The FTC promptly emailed me the next day and told me they forwarded the case to the local authorities in the area where Elitextreme is located.

By the way, they never sent the package to the post office. All they did was tell the post office that they were going to be sending it, but the tracking message has never changed, they never dropped the package off at the post office.

After battling with Paypal, I finally got my money back, however, I am not done with this company. I still feel they owe me a VALID explanation on why they NEVER got a hold of me. I ended up ordering the case for CHEAPER through another company WITH free shipping.

This company needs to be stopped and I hope their local law enforcement pays attention and actually does something about it
