EMH GROUP - jewelrybyezra Missing polo watch Still waiting for Refund Four months later Will not return e-mails NEW YORK

I purchased four items received three. a polo watch was missing. I e-mailed many times with no reply. I reported them to safe harbor and after i did i got a e-mail from complaints@ambras.com. They said i would receive a refund for the watch in a week or two back in my paypal account. well that was four months ago and still have not received a refund. I reported them to paypal they are a joke ! with there 30 day policy. When i left neg feedback and follow up for jewelryezra. I received nine e-mail from people that all had missing items that were paid for. we all should file a class action suit together against jewelrybyezra for our money. We should also all send letters to e-bay about jewelrybyezra auctions ripoffs. The people that were ripoff need to be heard !!! WE WANT REFUNDS !!

e-bay and paypal are letting them get away with it as long as they are making money. I would like to see what happens if they got ripoff! He has to many neg. feedbacks for missing items and not returning money !!
