I't a shame that ebay didn't shut down all the scamming stores.

I just cannot understand how someone could make excuses for an eBay seller who has a proven track record of fraud and deceptive business practices, ie. jewelrybyezra.

I have to wonder if you are in some way affiliated with this den of theives. You make excuses for jewelrybyezra by saying they are a "high volume company and it is very difficult to track customers". What do you think customers do...buy something and then go into hiding so it can't be delivered?

You also state that when you have made returns to jewelrybyezra that you provided all the necessary information and to use your own words "eventually someone would assist". Frankly, that excuse is laughable at best.

Then you say that for the price "it is unfair to expect 5 star service" from jewelrybyezra. Let me ask you...what kind of service would you consider to be fair?

I have been buying and selling on eBay for quite a while. I have sold one item on eBay for over $25,000.00 and many items for less than $5.00 and I extend the same high level of service to every buyer, whether it be an automobile or a pair of socks.

Jewelrybyezra has a proven track record of thievery on eBay. Thousands of honest folks have been bilked be jewelrybyezra and eBay finally took action. You, maddam, are terribly naive.

I have found them to be more than professional to deal with. Im not sure how you lost money with them - I just feel that they are a very high volume company and that it is very difficult to track customers.

Every time I needed to replace an item or request help I always made reference to the order numbers, the auction numbers and clearly identified myself.

Eventually someone would assist. For the prices that one pays for EMH group's jewelry, it would be unfair to expect 5 star service. I am nothing but pleased with EMH group.

Im not sure how or why folk appear to have lost money (of course I would be interested in reading the encounters) but as a customer I have honestly bought a few hundred items from them and am very happy with their services.

EMH group can be found at auctionriot dot com. They have said that they will honour their ebay transactions. I think the fast way ebay pulled them threw their affairs into disarray. Ebay is probably the one who has some 'splaining to do. -Ebay wheres my $2052 dollars you are illegally holding in paypal? eeeh! scum.

Jewelrybyezra is shut down due to all the frauds reported to law enforcement. Ebay did nothing, until they had to shut them down. But all of his other stores are still up and running,and scamming poor ebay members.

I hope the scammed members from the other stores will get warned by other ebayers etc.

Ebay knows what is happening. But I guess the $$$$$$$$$, is blinding Ebay when it comes to this creep ezra.

Thankfully, Jewelrybyezra is no longer a registered user on eBay. However, I would still like an explanation from eBay as to why they let this piece of filth scam so many members before they finally caved in and banned Ezra from selling.
