I bidded on 2 items. Item#: 492022756 and item#: 4920416935. They sent the cheaper item#: 4920416935 and not 492022756, the most expensive item. They claimed they shipped all items but did not. I thought it was a joke when I opened the package.
No INVOICE, just a pendant and some type of card identifying the pendant. I also paid insurance on both the items. Both of the items were suppose to be combined, but not. My order # for these items are 238795. They keep givng me the run around about the 492022756 (ring I purchased and paid for). This company is a rip off artist BIG time. I would love to have my money back. I paid them thru Pay Pal.
Can you help resolve this matter? I have been thru everyone and no HELP.

They did return my money back to me after a long period of time.

I still have not received my money back.I lost a large sum of money. I paid for my jewelry in July.
I have been through the chain of command on ebay with no results. I did file with the law enforcement. I also have been in contact with the media.
I suggest you do the same as myself, because it's now November, and I have nothing.
If all the scammed become proactive maybe we will receive some results.
