empire carpet came out to give me a price , the man was very nice,, showed us small samples the price of the carpet was 1,750 the carpet was installed the next day ,, hek i showed of went to homedepot the carpet was so thin and not what the company showed me , they rufuse to call me back maybe its cause they got paid already , i would never recommend this company to any one ,, yes they sure no how to give a person the run a round ,, take your hard earned money someware eles

empire carpet did make it right with me thank you and the second sales person you sent to show us new samples was awsume she took her time and listened to my fraustration she made this so much better please thank her for me never got her name
