Enterprise Car Rental Enterprise Holdings, Enterprise Rent a Car Overcharging, Theft of Belongings, Ridicule, delray beach Florida

I recently rented a car through Travelersd insurance. They sent me to Enterprise in Delray Beach Fl. The repair was supposed to be 3 days but it took much longer so I extended the car as Enterprise had my card on file. After 3 weeks they had run so many charges that Suntrust Bank put a security block on the card. When Enterprise tried to run the card and got declined they sent a repo truck and dragged the car out of my driveway. I called them immediately and rectified the charges in full but they refused to bring the car back. I am a baseball instructor so I had a ton of equipment in the car when they took it. I could not get a straight answer from Nicolai the manager. H edidnt know where the car was or where my belongings were. After about 6 hours he called ma and told me he had the belongings and I couls pick them up in the morning as they were closing. When I went in the morning to get my things there was approximately 1200 dollars in gear and sunglasses missing. I notified Nicolai immediately andn he laughed and blamed the towing company, Kauffs Towing in Palm Beach. I filed a police report all the while having the employees laugh at me and make snide comments as if I were lying about the equipment in the car. I was told I could not get a copy of the renters agreement because it was sent to corporate. When i got my statement they had charged over 1200.00 for the month to rent the car. I have brought in consumer advocate groups that all say they have been stonewalled by Enterprise corporate by creating an impossible maze of people to call that NEVER return your calls. They are designed to rip you off and put you ina position to be ridiculed with no recourse other than to post on review sites like this. I am posting on every single venue I can find in hopes of saving people from this criminal organization. RENT ELSEHWHERE!!!!!
