Enterprise Enterprise Rent-A-Car Enterprise...A true "RIP" OFF Montgomery Alabama

I rented from enterprise airport location and made reservations online. When I got there I had to wait 20 minutes for a vehicle to get ready. When I got the car the smell of smoke and suds running down my windshield welcome me. I didn't complain being that I had to wait for this car and they were already short of vehicles I proceded on my way. Had a wonderful trip with my veteran father and returned my car. Two weeks later received a letter stating I had damaged the vehicle. I called and was told that the damaged was on the passenger side and I probaly ran over something and just was unaware of it. Geesh!!! I haven't gotten proof of the damage yet but if it's noticable enough for you to send me a letter wanting money ummm, I'm thinking I should have notice I hit something. I realize I can't get anyone with sense on the phone and my only alternative is to get an attorney to handle this matter. I have never had any problems with Enterprise and to think that they want me to pay for damages that I didn't do it just....well lets just say it angers me. I'm reading all these other complaints and to see that they aren't being handle only makes me wonder if I will be able to get any justice in my case with out an attorney. I refuse to be scam!
