Enterprise Rent-A-Car They put me in danger by renting me a car with 4 bald tires Altoona Pennsylvania 

On 12/02/2024, I rented a car from Enterprise. After loading my belongings into the car, I discovered a flat tire. I had to change the tire, and the car had a faulty scissor jack in it. It was horrific changing the tire due to that jack. after finally getting it changed to the donut tire they provided. Calling Enterprise, I was told to drive to a Discount Tire shop to see if they can patch the tire. At the shop, the attendant inspected all 4 tires and informed me that he cannot let me leave there with the 4 bald tires on the car that were unsafe for the road. They communicated with Enterprise and had to wait for approval to change those tires.

So Enterprise finally, after almost 4 hours later from the initial rental (which put me way behind schedule), put me into a different car at 5:25 PM that was not even cleaned properly and had an empty gas tank. I encountered a slippery road due to snow and a car spinning out in front of me, which caused me to apply my brakes and a bottle flying out from under the seat, landing under my feet, almost causing an accident. If this car was cleaned, then that bottle, among other debris in the car, should not have been there.

Due to the delay that was no fault of my own, I arrived at my destination so late into the evening that I was forced to waste even more money to rent the car for an additional day. In addition to this nightmare of an experience, I had to pay somebody $100 to clean this car before I returned it, which I should not have been responsible for since the car was given to me dirty.

Enterprise did provide a full refund which does not excuse their negligence

I am bringing this matter to attention so hopefully this will may prevented in the future.
