Envisage Skin and/or Hydra Skin Sciences Ripp off, deceptive advertising, customer service is a JOKE salt lake city and st petersburg Internet

This horrible experience started with an order from Hydra Skin Sciences. It automatically added an order from Envisage Skin International. I called within 30 minutes of placing the order and canceled, I made sure to state to cancel any connecting order as well. Called a second phone number I found and they confirmed the order was canceled. 

Next day had charges on my credit card and an email saying they had shipped the order. Called them again, and they continued to try and get me to keep the order, told they no way. Asked for supervisor, of course they pretended to try to get one, but there is no supervision. Was then told to call back once the order is received. 

Order received within a week, called them and had to fight with the customer service person and state numerous time I did not want any product from them before they would give me an authorization number to return the item. 

I am now out the shipping on this, have already disputed the charges with my credit card and still waiting for the final ball to drop.

Hydra Skin Sciences and Envisage Skin have bad business practices, please do not buy their products. They do not disclose that they are adding other products to your order or that there are more charges to come - so be aware.
